1. Cancellation by Visitors

• Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be canceled or refunded under normal circumstances.
• In special cases such as medical emergencies, cancellations may be considered at the discretion of management. Proof may be required.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations will not be eligible for any refund.

2. Cancellation by Management

• In case of park closure due to weather conditions, technical issues, or any unforeseen circumstances, tickets may be rescheduled or refunded.
• Management reserves the right to cancel bookings with prior notice due to operational issues.

3. Refund Process

• Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds, if approved, will be communicated via email or phone.

4. Ticket Transfers

Tickets are non-transferable and can only be used by the person whose name is registered at the time of booking.
